Clancy Quay Highly Commended by RIAI
Mitchell + Associates are delighted to announce that Clancy Quay has been awarded a Highly Commended Certificate in the RIAI Silver Medal for Housing 2015-2017 competition. We would like to congratulate O’Mahony Pike Architects and our client Kennedy Wilson on what is a great addition to the Dublin 8 area.

The landscape design approach has concentrated on achieving a balance between creating a human-scale, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere while accommodating the minimum acceptable levels of vehicle circulation, set down and parking.
